The Iris bedroom and bathroom
A spacious double bedroom with luxurious
en suite bathroom and comfortably furnished in a classic traditional style. The views from the large sash windows are superb.
The Rose bedroom and bathroom
A delightful twin bedroom with stylish en suite bathroom and period furnishings. Windows on both sides of the room overlook the garden and the valley to the East.
The rooms are provided with televisions, radios and tea and coffee making facilities. Beds can be made up with either duvets or sheets and blankets – please state your preference. Both bathrooms have a shower over the bath. Broadband wireless facility is available in the rooms.
Breakfast
We try to source our ingredient locally and if possible, to use organic produce. Jams and conserves are made from fruit grown in the garden and our own hens provide free-range eggs. Please let us know in advance if you are a vegetarian or have other dietary requirements.
Places to visit
Northamptonshire boasts fabulous gardens, ancient parish churches, ruins and monuments and nearby, the magnificent stately homes of Cottesbrooke, Holdenby and Althorp.
Local knowledge
We are always on hand to help with ideas on what to see and directions on how to get there. The local villages offer a variety of pubs and other places to eat and we can give you the ‘low down’ on these.

Prices
Double room (Iris bedroom) from £70 single occupancy and £90 double per night.
Twin room (Rose bedroom) from £70 single occupancy and £90 double per night.
All prices include a full English or Continental Breakfast.
Deposits and Cancellation policy
A deposit of £30 is taken by credit card at the time of booking. This will be charged if a cancellation is made less than a week before the date of the booking.

We accept payment by credit/debit cards, cheques or cash. Deposit payments can be made with credit/debit cards.
